Dear Readers,
Due to the unfortunate decision that UCD have taken to move learning online for the remainder of 2020, we regrettably can confirm The College Tribune will be posting content on our website only for the rest of the year.
We have a fantastic team of dedicated writers who will ensure that quality content will continue to roll out for the rest of the year.
2020 is the most read year for The College Tribune on record. With more than 210,000 reads so far, this year has surpassed the combined readership of 2018 and 2019.
We fully intend to begin printing once UCD allow for the widespread return of students to campus. It is massively disappointing that we cannot run a print issue for the remainder of 2020 and are looking forward to the day our first physical copy of Volume 34 hits campus.
The College Tribune has grown significantly throughout this tough and unprecedented year. We have taken the opportunity to work on a multi-year strategy for the future of this publication, which we are very excited to enact in the coming period.
We would like to thank our section editors, correspondents, contributors, reporters, and our news team for the hard work everyone has put in since the summer.
We would also like to sincerely thank our loyal readers for their continued support of The College Tribune, it means a lot and we will always strive to put out the high quality content you deserve.
As always, our doors are open to new writers and we are always keen to give students the opportunity to write for us!
Luke Murphy & Stephen Kisbey-Green, Co-Editors
