The beginning of the festive season is fast approaching, salve and we are left with no shortage of options when it comes to indulging in some Christmas cheer.

Earlier this month the Village launched its Christmas campaign, ‘Step Into the Story,’ at Kildare Village, switching on it’s Christmas lights and turning the outlet centre into a Christmas wonderland.
At its most picturesque after dark, happy shoppers can be seen wandering from store to store, wrapped up in their winter best, clutching the iconic, festive Starbucks cups, along with bags of shopping from the various designer brands located within the outlet. Ralph Lauren’s iconic logo and Cath Kidston’s sweet baby blue Santa can be seen swinging from the hands of almost all shoppers, and with quick visit to each of these boutiques it’s easy to see why.
Whether it be floral vintage themed totes in Cath Kidston or luxurious cable knits in Ralph Lauren, you’ll find yourself definitely giving your credit cards a work out in these stores.
When you emerged from the first wave of shopping enthusiasm, out into the center of the village, one is greeted with clusters of beautifully decorated Christmas trees with tall, majestic silver reindeer, laden with stacks of presents standing proudly beside them.
At base of the Village, directly opposite the Tommy Hilfiger store is a full sized Christmas sleigh for customers to hop into and have their photographs taken, a timeless Christmas memento of your time in Kildare.
Likewise, at the very top of the centre, opposite the ever popular Starbucks store, you can find a giant sized story book, depicting the various symbols of Christmas, the very epitome of festivity, with merry tunes played throughout.
Not only is the outlet one of our favorite festive venues this Christmas, it’s also one of the best places around to take your Christmas list, where gifts can be purchased for mum and dad, a friend, the other half, and even for you! (Everyone deserves a treat, right?)
Boasting such names as Superdry, Lulu Guinness, Pandora, Mulberry, Jack Wills, and the newly opened Kate Spade boutique a gift for everyone can be found at Kildare Village, for a minimum of 30% off the original retail price.
With the new Kurt Geiger store set to open later this month, and the Village extending it’s opening hours until 9pm at night, there is no excuse for not taking a trip to Kildare to pick up those Christmas treats, and soak up the festive atmosphere.
